Will provide religious activities, support, and services primarily in our assisted living, independent living, memory care, and advanced assisted living settings.
Provide one-to-one visits and support to residents as needed.
Document attendance at activities using electronic charting system.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
High School graduate with strong spiritual background accepted. Pastoral care or grief counseling desired.
Background working with geriatric population preferred.
Musical ability preferred.
Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and time management skills are essential.
Must enjoy working with and must relate well to the elderly.

Knowledgeable about Therapeutic Diets and reasons a resident needs such a diet.
Assists with food and tray preparation.
Serves food to the residents and assists them as needed.
Maintains clean and sanitary kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
Assists in all phases of dining room and kitchen clean up.
Completion of high school preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, speak, and understand English at a 10th grade level.
Home Community is seeking applicants to transport residents to and
from appointments and social functions as needed. This is an on-call
position with no guaranteed hours. Weekend and Holiday work may be
possible. CPR and First Aid training is required.
