“We’ll get you back home.”
Morrow Home Community provides short term rehabilitation residents the care necessary to improve their quality of life. We provide both skilled rehabilitation services — including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy — and skilled medical services — including, but not limited to, post surgical care, respiratory services, wound care, intravenous therapy and renal disease services.
Rehabilitation Services (Rehab) are provided by RehabCare, a nationally renowned therapy company. Yet many of their employees who serve our residents have worked at Morrow Home Community for many years.
Our experts take an integrated team approach to your care. This means understanding your needs and therapy requirements on an individual basis, as well as educating you and your family members about your therapies and their expected outcomes.
Rehabilitation is often a critical component of a resident’s care plan. Our skilled team of nurses, as well as physical, recreational, speech and occupational therapists, evaluate your rehabilitation needs to design an outcome-oriented treatment program.
Our goal is to improve your quality of life. When your health improvement permits you to resume a more normal life, our staff will develop and discharge plan to continue your progress, including necessary in-home evaluations and caregiver training to ensure a smooth transition.
Residents at the Meissner Transitional Care Wing of Morrow Home Community enjoy comfortable private rooms, California super single electric beds, free local telephone service, free cable TV, with beautiful views overlooking either our gazebo or Beaver Creek.
