HELP WANTED – Part-time Culinary Aide

The Morrow Home Community is currently seeking to fill two part-time Culinary Aide positions to work in our quality Christian long-term care facility. Each position may work between 15-28 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. Hours vary from early morning to evening.

Please note: Morrow Home Community will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection. The successful applicant must also pass a pre-employment drug screen prior to beginning employment.

HELP WANTED – Pastoral Care Coordinator – Part Time

Will coordinate the spiritual programs and referrals to meet the needs of the residents. Will work with the facility Board Chaplain.

Provide regular interviews with residents as an ongoing means to assess and meet their needs. Address concerns of residents and their families as they arise.
Provide one-to-one visits and other activities with residents desiring spiritual support.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. High School graduate with strong spiritual background accepted. Pastoral care or grief counseling desired. Background in nursing home environment preferred. Must be able to work throughout the facility and possess a valid Wisconsin drivers’ license. Must enjoy working with and must relate well to the elderly.
