AFFORDABLE ASSISTED LIVING
Homestead Apartments offers quality affordable Assisted Living services. Sixteen of the 24 one-bedroom apartments are licensed and certified as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). Please see below for a listing of current services provided and health monitoring activities. See our Homestead Assisted living rates for further information.

MARYCREST ASSISTED LIVING
In addition to affordable assisted living, Morrow Memorial Home and Apartments offers assisted living in our MaryCrest Apartments. This new 24-unit Assisted Living apartment building is located south of and attached to our Homestead Apartments. These new beautiful accommodations are also licensed as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). MaryCrest opened in August of 2005. There are 20 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Please see the apartment layouts below.
