In an effort to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Probability Act (HIPAA) regulations, Morrow Memorial Home presents each admitting resident a notice of our privacy practices.  This notice tells the resident how the Morrow Memorial Home may use and disclose his/her protected health information (PHI) and spells out the resident's privacy rights.
