Homestead Apartments offers quality, affordable Independent and Assisted Living Services. All of the 24 one-bedroom apartments are licensed and certified as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). Please see below for a listing of current services provided and health monitoring activities.
Resident Information
Prospective residents are invited to tour our facilities, fill out an application, receive copies of our service agreement, and meet our caring staff. Admission requires a formal health assessment. The assessment includes information from your health care provider, examinations by a nurse, physical and occupational therapists, and review of your personal needs and goals.
