Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom plus full bath. These apartments are on the second and third floors of our remodeled building, which faces Water Street. See Homestead rates for further information. These apartments are located just a block from the downtown business district including the police and fire departments. We offer parking areas and garden areas, a large living and dining room located on our courtyard level in Groves Hall. Solariums, full kitchens and laundry rooms are also located on each floor. Attractive guest rooms and delicious meals are also available to visitors

Quality services includes:

all utilities except telephone and cable TV,

three delicious meals daily,

secure living with Emergency Response System, and

weekly housekeeping of your apartment.

Also within our community are a beauty shop and beautiful chapel where ecumenical services are held almost daily. Additional services available are whirlpool bath, medical-adaptive equipment, handicap transportation, and laundry services.

Sixteen (16) of the 24 Homestead apartments are licensed as Assisted Living (Residential Care Apartment Complex or RCAC). Please see Assisted Living for further information.
