Help Wanted – Personal Care Assistants 

The Morrow Home Community in Sparta has a need for Personal Care Assistants in Assisted Living.  Duties include assisting elderly residents with personal care needs, medications, dining, housekeeping and laundry.  C.N.A. preferred; must have health care experience.  Positions are typically open for p.m. and night shifts on a part-time basis, but can quickly turn into full-time hours.  The position does require working every other weekend and every other holiday.  Competitive wages, benefits and shift differential available.

HELP WANTED – RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY for every-other weekend from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Successful applicant should have knowledge of Word and Excel, the ability to manage a multi-line telephone system, deal with basic accounting principles, be able to work independently, and have a desire to serve this very special generation for whom we provide care.  Position begins January 1, 2015 with training beforehand. HELP WANTED: Homestead/MaryCrest Nurse Care Coordinator Position 

Morrow Home community has an opening for a Nurse (RN or LPN) Care Coordinator position in Assisted Living.  This is a day shift: Monday – Friday, plus on-call rotation working 72-80 hours each pay period. Primary duties include performing resident assessments, follow through on resident health monitoring, developing and implementing service plans, effective supervision and training of Personal Care Assistants including delegation of medication management, meeting all nursing requirements according to state regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families and co-workers.  Send online applications (www.morrowhome.org ) with resume to Chris Nordberg at cnordberg@morrowhome.org
